Also became a building steel structure support unit and the ministry’s low-rise prefabricated housing compiler.
Expanded the precast concrete component industrialization project, using an advanced German Bauer automated production line for fully independent production. Established the Tangshan Green Building Industry Research Institute and Tangshan Prefabricated Building Engineering Technology Research Center. Contributed to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development’s New Farmhouse Design Competition Atlas.
Expanded the intelligent prefabricated housing production line (1 million sqm annual capacity). Selected as a Hebei Province anti-epidemic material production guarantee enterprise. Participated in the Tangshan rural housing observation meeting (with on-site practice) and helped compile Hebei’s Technical Standard for Assembled Monolithic Composite Shear Wall Structure.
